Digital Photo Purchase Policies

1. Price & Identification

$10 USD per person. Purchase must be made at the port before the tour. An ID photo will be taken to associate your images.

2. Delivery & Download

Photos sent via WeTransfer link within 48 hours. Link is valid for 30 days only. After this, photos are permanently deleted.

3. Usage & Quality

Personal use only. Commercial sale is prohibited. Photo quality depends on weather, lighting, and speed.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds once purchased. We are not liable for equipment failure or weather preventing captures.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 27, 2025

1 Cancellation by King Kong's Adventures

Safety is our priority. We may cancel due to weather (high winds, storms), technical issues, insufficient participants, or force majeure.

Your Options: Reschedule for another time OR receive a full refund to your original payment method.

2 Cancellation by the Customer

Over 48 hours notice
Full 100% Refund.
24 - 48 hours notice
50% Refund OR 100% Credit for 1 year.
Less than 24 hours / No Show
No refund issued.

🚢 Specific Cruise Ship Policies

  • Port Cancellation: Full refund if your ship is unable to dock in Roatán or changes schedule drastically (verified against official itinerary).
  • Personal Delay: If you miss the activity due to personal reasons unrelated to the ship, no refund applies.

Refunds are NOT eligible in cases of:

Change of mind Failure to meet health/weight requirements Safety rule violations Subjective dissatisfaction

How to Request a Refund

Requests must be in writing via email to info@kingkongextremezipline.com. Include your full name and booking number. Evaluation takes 3-5 business days.
