Target
This Policy is intended to act as a global framework by establishing the sustainability principles that govern the rest of the Policies, with the understanding that sustainability must be integrated into all our businesses, functions processes.
The Sustainability Policy includes and integrates the material aspects of the Company and its stakeholders, and contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Inversiones King Kong extreme zip line S. De R.L. contributes to sustainable development, and is determined to promote climate action and challenges to meet the needs of the present without compromising the possibilities of future generations to meet their own needs.
This Policy establishes the following general objectives:
- To promote the achievement of strategic objectives through responsible business management.
- To provide environmental solutions in a safe and responsible manner for society and the environment.
- To responsibly manage the risks and opportunities of the Company's activities, minimizing their adverse impacts and enhancing the positive ones for the environment.
- Promote relationships with its stakeholders and the generation of mutual benefit.

This Policy was approved by King Kong Adventures Management on May 20, 2022 and is effective upon approval.
Scope of execution
The present Policy is of execution termination in business activities of Inversiones King Kong Extreme zip line S. De R.L, business partners, managers and employees of the same, and third parties with whom there are legal relationships and have adhered to it.
Adding that persons acting as representatives of this company in companies and entities not belonging to it, or where Inversiones King Kong Extreme zip line S. De R.L, does not have effective control, will promote, as far as possible, the implementation of principles and guidelines consistent with those set out in this Policy.
Digital Photo Purchase Policies
King Kong Extreme Zipline / Saints Enterprises
These policies govern the purchase and download of digital photos taken during your zipline experience with us. By purchasing our photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Price and Availability: The price for digital photos is $10 (USD) per person, plus applicable taxes.
Photos are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the capture of images of every participant in all circumstances.
2. Purchase and Identification Process: To purchase digital photos, you must make the purchase at our point of sale located at the port, before starting the zipline tour.
After the purchase, we will take an identification photo to recognize you during the tour and associate your images with your purchase.
3. Download Process: Once the tour is completed, you will receive an email from WeTransfer with a download link for your digital photos.
Important: The sending of the WeTransfer link may take up to 48 hours (two business days) after the end of your tour.
Make sure to provide us with a valid and active email address at the time of purchase.
4. Access and Download: The WeTransfer link will be active and available for download for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
It is your responsibility to download the photos during this period.
After this period has expired, the link will expire, and you will not be able to access the photos.
5. Storage and Backup: King Kong Extreme Zipline / Saints Enterprises is NOT responsible for maintaining backup copies of digital photos after the link availability period (30 days). We strongly recommend that you download and save the photos in a safe place as soon as you receive them.
6. Use of Photos: By purchasing the photos, you obtain a non-exclusive and personal license to use them for non-commercial purposes (personal use, social media posting, etc.). King Kong Extreme Zipline / Saints Enterprises reserves the right to use the photos for advertising, promotional, marketing and other business purposes, without additional compensation. Reproduction, distribution, sale or commercial use of the photos by the customer is prohibited without the express written consent of King Kong Extreme Zipline / Saints Enterprises.
7. Image Quality: We strive to capture high-quality images during your zipline experience.
However, the quality of the photos may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, lighting, and speed of movement.
8. Disclaimer: King Kong Extreme Zipline / Saints Enterprises will not be liable if photos cannot be captured due to technical equipment failures, adverse weather conditions, operational restrictions, or any other cause beyond our control. In such cases, no refund will be offered.
9. Refunds: Refunds are not accepted once the purchase has been made, regardless of whether the photos meet your aesthetic expectations or if photos could not be captured due to external circumstances.
In case of technical problems with the download (if the link does not work), contact us immediately so we can help you resolve the issue.
10. Modifications: King Kong Extreme Zipline / Saints Enterprises reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
11. Acceptance: By purchasing the digital photos, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these purchase policies.
